REGULATORY LICENSING

If your business operates in one of the following field:

 

• investment and asset management
• private banking
• fund management and administration
• providing and arranging custody
• islamic finance
• fintech
• other activities including operating a representative office

 

you will need to be licensed by AIFC. If you are unsure whether your business requires a regulatory license, please contact us anytime. We will work with AIFC on your behalf, and deliver the appropriate license to you, without you having to be in Kazakhstan.
